The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was excellent. Had particularly good location next to a theatre and absolutely perfect rooms. Further, it was near the river, the pub and the Tavern. Nice place to visit in Bristol, if compared to other hotels.

my recent stay at the alma taverns boutique suite was amazing! the comfortable bed, rain shower, and free french press coffee in the room made me feel pampered. not to mention the excellent location! exceeded my expectations for a birthday celebration in bristol.
Slight damp smell in the lower stairwell.

The Alma Taverns Boutique Suites-Room 3-Hopewell is conveniently located just 200 meters from Clifton and 800 meters from Bristol Zoo Gardens. We had a wonderful time exploring the charming neighborhood of Clifton, and the proximity to the zoo made it easy for us to have a fun family outing. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The added convenience of a kitchen area in the lobby, where we could top up our coffee and enjoy a bowl of cereal each morning, was a lovely touch. our stay at The Alma Taverns Boutique Suites was enjoyable and memorable.
For families with children, it would be great if the hotel had more kid-friendly amenities, such as a play area or kid's menu at the on-site restaurant.

Great location, small but nice room with comfy bed. Love the daily coffee and milk top-ups. Pantry with cereal and water provided, as well as access to an iron. Quiet street, a bit of noise from patrons but not too distracting. Gorgeous place with a busy tavern and theater for entertainment. Lovely and accommodating staff.

I enjoyed feeling like royalty being so close to the fancy Royal Crescent. Plus, the property is conveniently located near train stations and the airport - perfect for a posh getaway.
Oh how I loved having to search down the corridor for milk and sugar in the morning. Such an invigorating start to the day!

We had a lovely romantic getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze. the room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy and comfortable feel to it. We loved the fact that there were coffee and tea making facilities in the room, as well as a small breakfast bar with complementary milk, cereal, and water. It was a great bonus to have a fridge with complementary water, milk, and cereal down the corridor as well. the location was fantastic, with easy free parking on the weekends and within walking distance to many interesting attractions.
The lack of extra pillows in the room. We would have appreciated having more than just one pillow each.
